We are in the midst of planning our 2nd year anniversary party. (and some said we would not last a year!) We are adding an event prior to our party, details will be available soon.
This year will be held on March 22nd, a Saturday. Open at noon. We will have the Pairing Knife Food Truck providing food for you this year! We have had their stuff already and it is YUMMY!

The past five weeks has been a whirl wind, but it has been a blast!! We have been to the chili cookoff and car show here in Cambria. We sold out of our 2 kegs in less than 3 hours, so it proves that people want to try the local flavor.
For the time being we have shelved the plans to bring back Comatose, our 10.8% Double IPA. Our plan is to get our system dialed in to provide you with the best IPA's we can. The current brew schedule is this: Toyon, an American Amber is in the fermenter and being dry hopped with Cluster and Cascade hops. This one will be ready by May 5th, if not sooner. Next up will be Slab Town re-brew, followed by Green River IPA, and FINALLY Comatose DIPA.
PROVIDENCE: Belgian Saison is here just in time for the spring! This light orange colored beer is refeshingly dry. Flavors of ppeppery spiciness, a hint of clove, gives way to an earthy, floral (almost perfume) finish from the hops. Even though it is 7.6% abv it is an easy drinker, so you have been warned!
We are now serving root beer from Sprecher Brewing in Milwaukee. Kids drink for free when they order a root beer, with a paying adult of course. Non beer drinkers get the same consideration as well.
